This policy covers the website polaritydh.com and email contact with us. It does not cover the Polarity app, which has its own privacy information.
Polarity Digital Health AB (org. no. 559598-3361), Kobbarnas väg 16, 416 47 Gothenburg, Sweden, is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@polaritydh.com.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not load content from third parties. Fonts and images are served from our own site.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to deliver the site and keep it secure. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify visitors.
If you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to reply and to follow up on your enquiry. This is based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)), or on taking steps before entering into an agreement with you (Article 6(1)(b)). We keep the correspondence for as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting collaboration, and delete it after at most 24 months of inactivity, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.
Please do not send health information about yourself or others by email.
We use service providers for hosting and email. The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Our email is provided by Migadu-Mail GmbH in Switzerland, a country the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection. Where a provider processes data outside the EU or EEA, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.
You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Contact us at hello@polaritydh.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
